Patients Logbook (Clinic)
Personal patient logbook for checking (every first Tuesday of the following month)
Patient Scheduling i.e. follow-ups, rotation changes
Referring system to Consultant or Senior Resident
Curriculum Vitae/ Personal Data Sheet with 2*2 ID Picture.Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)Certified True Copy of Medical School Diploma
