Design coordinator

is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for the project and linking them with the construction schedule (4D planning). This role supports visual project planning, simulation of construction sequences, progress visualization, clash detection, and coordination with various stakeholders. It acts as a bridge between digital planning tools and actual site execution to improve efficiency, predictability, and control.

Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP components using tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D in line with approved IFC drawings and LOD standards. ?
