Position Overview:
You will lead the design and development of structural components for Polaris off-road vehicles, including chassis, roll-over protection systems (ROPS), and bumpers. In this role, you define requirements, develop specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that meet performance, quality, cost, and timing targets.
