Design Manager - Structural Steel Team Lead

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is hiring a Design Manager in Leighton Buzzard to lead a team of elite engineers in a rapidly growing company focusing on Structural Steel construction. You will ensure timely project completions while collaborating with in-house project managers and contractors.

Ideal candidates have strong management abilities and a background in Structural Steel, along with knowledge of Advanced Steel or Tekla. This role is office-based with a Monday-Friday schedule, including a 4pm finish on Friday.
