Your Responsibilities
- Independently determine research strategy and design, plan and execute research studies for a product area
- Operate cross-functionally, providing user research expertise and execution across products
- Inform product strategy and identify & evaluate new opportunities, solutions and concepts based on user needs
- Collaborate with product on defining success from qualitative and quantitative perspectives to ensure research is focused and closely tied to business goals
- Work closely with product teams to identify and prioritize research topics
- Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to generate actionable insights across the product development lifecycle, including upfront generative research to identify new opportunities, iterative concept evaluation, and post-launch testing
