Design Technician III

**Responsibilities**

This role supports the planning, design, and documentation of complex healthcare environments, ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality hospital facilities. The position requires a strong architectural foundation and hands-on healthcare design experience to deliver accurate construction documents and maintain critical campus infrastructure records.

Develops and documents design solutions supporting ongoing healthcare and hospital remodeling projects. Produces and coordinates construction documents across architectural, interiors, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, with an emphasis on healthcare environments and regulatory compliance. Maintains and advances institutional building and campus CADD/BIM databases and facilities records.
