About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Designated Agent to join our organisation. This role involves managing administrative processes, conducting inspections, supporting employer compliance, handling returns and complaints, and assisting with legal and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of compliance functions while promoting the organization’s standards and values.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct self‑assessment, desktop and onsite routine inspections to ensure compliance with MIBCO Collective Agreements, which includes wage audits, verify employ records and promoting statutory requirements through support or enforcement
• Identify, investigate and resolve contraventions, which includes handling complaints, issuing compliance notices and preparing legal referrals and supporting documentation where necessary.
