Desk Side Support Engineer (On-site | German & English)
Location: On-site, 5 days per week Contract Duration: 3 years Working Hours: 08:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Role Overview
We are looking for a Desk Side Support Engineer to provide hands‑on IT support to end users in a fully on‑site environment. This is a long‑term, 3‑year role suited for professionals who enjoy direct user interaction and resolving day‑to‑day IT issues in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desk-side and walk‑up IT support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Work with Windows OS and standard enterprise applications
- Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system (ServiceNow)
