Details:Diagnose and repair end-user system failures, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripheral equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues from the user device to the network. Perform regular meeting room checks, ensuring that all AV equipment, connectivity, conferencing systems, and room technology are functional for meetings. Support the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of IT, AV, and conferencing equipment for company events and townhalls. Implement virus detection, eradication, and endpoint protection procedures. Support and maintain asset and inventory management activities, including AMDB tagging, physical inventory checks, and accurate record updates for all IT equipment and mobile devices.
