Job Description (English)
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for supported desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including OneDrive, OneNote, Teams, and Planner
- Administer and support Azure Portal, including Azure Active Directory, licensing, and reporting
- Deliver VIP “White Glove” support with excellent customer service and executive-level communication
- Support and troubleshoot macOS (MacBook) workstations
- Provide Audio/Video and boardroom technical support
- Support and troubleshoot WebEx conferencing solutions
