Desktop Technician 2p-11p

Our client is hiring a Desktop Technician to work onsite in Clinton, MD. The shift is a M-F 2p-11p- must be ok with this shift long term. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills and great customer services skills. Must have documented experience performing PC Refresh activities.
• Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Providing in person and remote support to internal users
• Conducted data migration and backups, including user account creation and Windows settings configuration for PCs, alongside iOS device management.
• Implemented automated email archiving and retention policies in Microsoft Exchange.
• Must have experience using migration tool or processes such as Microsoft User State Migration Tool (USMT) for PC data migration/refresh activities
• Resources will be using ServiceNow ticketing system for documenting migration/refresh activities on a daily basis.
