The Development & Partnerships VISTA will build the systems, relationships, and infrastructure that help Friends of Baseball grow its impact and sustainability. The position focuses on donor engagement, partnership development, fundraising campaign support, and organizational capacity building to expand access to youth development opportunities for underserved youth.

Donor Engagement & Stewardship

• Develop and maintain donor tracking systems and engagement pipelines
• Support donor stewardship processes and communications
• Organize donor data and engagement records
