A client is seeking a Development Team Lead to join their team. This role is both an individual contributor as well as a mentor and product leader. 70% individual contribution, 30% product and mentorship.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchal, and ego-free culture where your contribution is valued over a title. Discover business problems, hypothesize solutions, and use data to quickly test, learn, and implement solutions that deliver value. Minimize in-progress work by focusing on the most important thing. Work within a team to create and validate architectural designs.Actively designs and codes in all areas of the product including the UI, middle tier, and data layer. Writes unit tests, integration, and functional tests ensuring product quality and robustness. Assists with DevSecOps responsibilities and the automated deployment capabilities of the product.
