Opportunity Description

Responsibilities

Performance fine-tuning of the newly developed security platform and other future DDoS mitigation tools.

Handle escalation, functionality issues

Fix minor bugs and provide workaround until the problem solved

Assist on the higher-level DDoS mitigation and troubleshooting related to the proprietary product developed by Development Team.

Participate on the application development projects for intelligent operations.

Ensures management and monitoring tools are integrated, configured to the platform and have rules / alerts for different conditions.

Participate in the 7x24 rotation duties.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Min. 3 years of industry experience focused on providing technical operations and support.

Hands-on coding and scripting (Bash, PHP, JavaScript, Python etc.)
