DfMA Project Engineer - Prefab MEP

Job Overview Join us in transforming construction through prefabrication and modular methodologies. As a DfMA Project Engineer – Prefab MEP, you will drive efficiency, quality, and innovation by integrating prefabrication strategies into Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution – develop and implement execution plans for DfMA Prefab MEP production and installation.
Coordinate design, factory, and site teams for seamless fabrication‑to‑installation transitions.
Review drawings, technical datasheets, BIM models, and method statements for prefabrication alignment.
Manage material procurement, logistics, and manpower planning.
Manufacturing & Installation Oversight – monitor factory production for compliance with design specifications.
Oversee site installation and integration with structural elements.
Apply lean manufacturing and modular construction principles.
