Opportunity Description
1. Land Sourcing & Opportunity Identification
- Proactively identify plotted development opportunities through a wide network of IPCs, brokers, land aggregators, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Engage directly with landowners to evaluate potential deals and assess alignment with organizational strategy.
- Conduct detailed site visits and micro-market analyses to understand local dynamics, demand drivers, and project viability.
- Shortlist, filter, and recommend land parcels based on technical, financial, and legal feasibility.
2. Financial Feasibility & Modelling
- Lead preparation of detailed financial models to assess deal viability, IRR, NPV, payback period, and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Finance) to ensure realistic assumptions on pricing, sales velocity, costing, and phasing.
