Job description

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage all aspects of occupational safety, health, and environmental (SHE) management within the chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, company standards, and global best practices, while promoting a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific Safety Management Systems (SMS) in alignment with ISO 45001 and local regulations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, chemical safety standards, and corporate safety policies.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, hazard identification, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for all manufacturing processes.
Lead and participate in safety audits, inspections, and monitoring programs (both internal and external).
