 Due Diligence Assistance

 Consolidation of A/cs under Ind-AS.

 Analysis of Slow-Moving Inventory

 Automation of ERP.

 Analysis of Pricing Pattern

 Liaisons with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors

 Implementation of best practices

 Indirect taxes including GST Review, Assessment and attending GST hearings

 Bookkeeping of Joint Venture Accounts

 Attending old VAT Assessment
