DGM -Supplier Vigilance Auditor

DGM – Supplier Vigilance Auditor & Project Manager (India) Mission To strengthen Schneider Electric’s ESG risk‑mitigation across its global supply chain, this senior role leads Supplier Vigilance audits, drives regional audit planning, manages improvement projects, and contributes to broader Procurement Sustainability programs. As a critical member of the global Vigilance Plan, the role provides leadership, subject‑matter expertise, and digital transformation capability to elevate the maturity and impact of supplier ESG risk management. Responsibilities Lead On‑Site Supplier Vigilance Audits Execute the regional audit plan (approx. 35-40 on‑site audits/year) Conduct 2–3‑day audits following Responsible Business Alliance (RBA/EICC) methodology and Schneider’s Vigilance standards.
