General Position Summary:

Responsible for providing organizational support, and communicating with all areas of the Diagnostic Imaging Department. Assists in the coordination of all radiology outpatients to ensure a timely, smooth, and pleasant experience.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:

·Uses A.I.D.E.T. (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you) in every patient transaction.

·Greets patients with a smile

oMakes eye contact with every patient

oUses the patient name in every conversation with the patient. (A)
