Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist

Responsibilities Responsible for performing technical work in the field of diagnostic radiologic examinations and procedures. Providing modern imaging technology such as Diagnostic Ultrasound, conventional x-ray, and fluoroscopic exams. Administers complete radiologic procedures following physicians' orders and maintains equipment used in the Radiology Department. Performs general radiography which includes, but is not limited to: chest x-rays, colons, UGI's, EXU's, tomography, arthrograms, myelograms, ultrasound, and other contrast studies. Maintains current employee radiograph films and transfers these films to other BOP institutions upon notice of transfer.
