Diagnostic Technician

Akkodis is seeking a Level 2 RDS (Remote Diagnostic Service) Agent for a Contract with a client in Plymouth, MI (Remote). We’re looking for a Level 2 Diagnostics Agent with prior automotive diagnostics/repair knowledge and strong understanding of DTCs. This is a chat-based remote support role (no hands-on work), focused on assisting customers through diagnostics, scans, and troubleshooting using tools.

Pay Range: $25-$27/ hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical skills:

• Automotive Certification, Automotive Training or 5+ years of Automotive ADAS/Diagnostic work experience. (Required)
• Proficient on OE or Aftermarket Scan tools on procedures and capabilities. (familiarity with OE software preferred)
