Job Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, disassemble, service, rebuild, overhaul, and repair a variety of heavy wheeled vehicles.
- Ensure all heavy wheeled vehicle maintenance inspections, servicing, rebuilds, overhauls, and repairs are accomplished in accordance with all technical manuals, KPIs, and OEM specifications.
- Perform quality maintenance repairs as part of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System program.
- Conduct heavy wheeled vehicle maintenance inspections to determine the extent of repair and spare parts requirements.
- Perform heavy wheeled vehicle troubleshooting using special tools and diagnostic test equipment.
- Replace heavy wheeled vehicle major assemblies – engines, transmissions, transfer cases, diffials and sub‑assemblies, starters, alternators, generators, and pumps.
- Ensure all maintenance order spare parts residue is returned to the Workshop store.
