We are seeking a dedicated Diesel Service Mechanic to handle repairs on a variety of construction equipment. This role involves both shop-based and on-site repair work, ensuring all machinery is in optimal condition.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative and fleet maintenance on rough terrain forklifts and telehandlers.
+ Conduct service checks and repairs on diesel construction equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, transmissions, pin/cylinders, wheel replacements, and oil changes.
+ Handle occasional trailer and truck repairs, including brake lights, dolly leg issues, and air compressor fixes.
+ Utilize personal tools for shop work; forklift-specific tools will be provided.
+ Align work with local residential and commercial building sites.
