+ **Location** : Inland Christian Home - 1950 South Mountain Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762.
+ **Schedule** : Part time schedule. Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. Further details upon interview.
+ **Requirement** : Prior healthcare and hospital kitchen experience required.
+ Accurately assemble and prepare resident meal trays for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) service in accordance with prescribed diets and meal service standards.Apply IDDSI guidelines to modify food textures and liquid consistencies to ensure safe consumption for residents with swallowing or dietary restrictions.Review and follow individual resident diet orders, preferences, and food allergies to ensure all meals are compliant with clinical and personal requirements.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety and infection control standards.Collaborate effectively w...
