Dietary Care Assistant

As a Dietary Care Assistant, you will assist in preparation and serving of meals to our residents at our 51-bed facility in Ballan. Working as part of the Food Services Team, the responsibilities include preparation and serving of meals, daily kitchen hygiene and audit duties.

What you bring:

Certificate in Food Handling: HLTFS207C.

Experience in a commercial kitchen.

Aged Care Experience as Food Service Assistant/ Kitchen Hand

Experience in the preparation and presentation of food for large groups.

Ability to provide a high standard of customer service.

Understanding of and commitment to safe work and hygiene practices.

Casual Home Health and Personal Care Aides; and Nursing Assistants, Orderlies, and Psychiatric Aides
