Under the general supervision of the Lead Clinical Dietitian, the Clinical Dietitian plans, directs and provides all aspects of nutritional care to residents of the SNC.

The Clinical Dietitian must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served by his/her department – adult through geriatric. The Clinical Dietitian participates in planning facility menus.
