As a Nutrition and Dietary Supervisor, you will maintain full accountability and stewardship relating to all aspects of the specialized Nutrition Lab (NL) and at the Santa Monica Hospital. This will involve the creation of standards/policies, infection control, supervision of staff involved in nutrition and food service, supplies, food/temperature control guidelines, Timeless Software System, development of performance improvement plans, oversight of formula prep, and assembly of education provided to stakeholders.
