Core Platform & Software Proficiency
- Customer Support Systems: Hands-on experience with live chat and ticket management platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Freshdesk.
- Ad Technology: Understanding and troubleshooting tracking pixels (specifically the TikTok Pixel) to monitor conversions.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to navigate and guide users through digital advertising platform interfaces and best practices.
