Key Responsibility Area 1: Business Engagement & Problem Discovery

• Build and sustain strong working relationships with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain functions to stay continuously connected with business priorities and pain points.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify operational challenges and translate them into clearly defined Digital and AI problem statements.
• Assess manufacturing and supply chain processes to spot opportunities for intervention using next-gen technologies such as: Manufacturing 4.0 / Industry 4.0 frameworks, Digital Twins, Industrial IoT (IIoT) and OT-IT integration, Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics for equipment, yield, and quality, Generative AI for knowledge management and operational insights
