At Concentrix, we are hiring a Digital Assist (Concierge Desk) Representative to support partners within a global Microsoft program.
This is a dynamic role combining technical support, partner enablement, and marketing execution, where you will help partners remove blockers, adopt Microsoft solutions, and drive go-to-market success.
🧭 What You Will Do
Technical Support & Partner Assistance
- Manage and resolve partner support tickets across multiple domains
- Troubleshoot pre- and post-sales issues (deployment, licensing, imaging)
- Provide 1:1 coaching and guidance to partners
- Escalate complex cases to Microsoft internal teams
Partner Program Support (MAR)
- Support Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher (MAR) partners
