**Overview**

The North American Director of Digital Commerce leads a team of digital professionals focused on maximizing growth and customer volume across our digital portfolio. The team includes leadership of the digital commerce, digital marketing, and marketing customer journey functions for all digital transactions in North America. The director will identify, prioritize, and execute comprehensive, digital commerce strategies that align with business and marketing goals. This role will oversee key metrics including site traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and upselling through data-driven analysis and A/B testing.
