  • Experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service.
  • Experience in Self Service Portal, Reports & Dashboards using Power BI/SSRS, unified routing, Omni Channel, Channel Integration Framework 2.0
  • Proficient in Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating with other third-party system.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing and implementing unified routing, Omni Channel, Channel Integration Framework 2.0, business processes flow, plugins and custom workflows.
  • Strong hand on experience in developing Dynamics Self-service Portals and Custom portal integrating multiple Dynamics instance.
  • Experience of software development using Microsoft .NET, C#, JSON, jQuery, WCF, WPF, REST API and HTML.
  • Experience in Canvas App and Model-driven apps.
