Digital Director

KXAN’s Digital Director leads our newsroom’s digital strategy and daily execution to advance KXAN’s in‑depth, investigative brand across platforms. You’ll coach and empower a high‑performing digital team, collaborate on enterprise and investigative digital presentations, and use analytics to inform decisions that grow loyal, local audiences. You’ll be both a strategist and a hands‑on editor who thrives in breaking news, collaborates across broadcast, sales/marketing and investigative units, and ensures our digital experiences (site, app, OTT, social) reflect KXAN’s commitment to local journalism.You will steward KXAN’s digital footprint across KXAN.com, the KXAN News app, KXAN Weather app and KXAN+.
