What you’ll do
Lead and develop a team specialised in UX, product ownership, QA, and analytics
Own and prioritize the digital experience roadmap. from concept to delivery
Ensure flawless execution of UX/UI enhancements, improving navigation, content, and brand storytelling
Oversee product requirements gathering, testing processes, and post-launch optimisations
Drive CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and analytics to boost engagement, conversion, and sales
Partner with IT, e-commerce, CRM, and external agencies to maintain strong technical performance and consistency
