The Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital health Consultant to be based in GautengThis role partners closely with the Core Lab Sales Organization to deliver intelligent insights, optimize lab operations, and drive adoption of Abbott’s AlinIQ portfolio, ultimately enhancing customer value and satisfaction.

What You’ll Work On

Present and position AlinIQ OPEX Enabler solutions at customer sites

Support pre-sales activities, including creation of Statements of Work (SOW)

Identify customer pain points and develop tailored solutions to expand value opportunities

Deliver advanced and functional training on AlinIQ solutions in live lab environments

Optimize customer workflows by leveraging AlinIQ functionalities

Ensure maximum utilization of solutions, driving ROI and customer satisfaction (NPS)

Collaborate with sales teams to identify and close value expansion opportunities
