Job Title: Digital Learning & Innovation Lead Location: Remote Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 + up to 10% annual bonus and benefits package Lead the future of digital learning at HAAS. The Digital Learning & Innovation Lead will be responsible for ensuring the LMS platform is structured, governed, and used to its full potential. The postholder will work closely with the Clinical Excellence L&D team to align digital learning solutions with the HAAS Training Needs Analysis (TNA), contractual requirements, and operational priorities. They will also collaborate with the Digital Learning Enablement Lead for Ingeus to maintain consistency in learning technology standards and contribute to organisation-wide digital learning initiatives.
