In this role, you will be responsible for driving measurable improvements in traffic, leads, and conversions across campaigns, while proactively identifying issues, opportunities, and optimisation strategies.
You are not just executing tasks. You are expected to think, analyse, and improve performance continuously.
- Own and proactively improve the performance of assigned campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign KPIs, identify risks and opportunities early, and take action to improve results before issues escalate
- Analyse campaign performance data, diagnose root causes of underperformance, and recommend clear next steps backed by insights
- Work closely with writers, designers, developers, specialists, and technical teams to implement optimisation plans effectively
