Opportunity Description
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic channels
- Manage and optimize significant ad budgets with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and cost per order/booking
- Hands-on with campaign execution
- Collaborate with product, creative, and data/analytics teams to run experiments and improve conversion rates across the funnel
- Build data-driven reporting frameworks and translate performance insights into investment decisions for leadership
- Drive scalable growth — not just traffic, but qualified, high-intent users
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital-first platforms
- Proven ability to manage large budgets while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics
