Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of beOnd's marketing strategy with a focus on digital initiatives.
- Design, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns (PPC, display, social, programmatic, etc.) that drive direct website bookings.
- Manage and optimise multiple owned and third‑party channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, OTAs, etc.) to increase traffic and boost conversions.
- Create and optimise paid and organic social campaigns, ensuring they are on‑brand and effectively reaching target audiences.
- Collaborate with Commercial, IT, and Brand teams to integrate digital marketing strategies with overall business goals, focusing on optimising the user journey on beOnd’s digital platforms to maximise booking conversions.
