• 5+ years managing digital ads across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads with significant budgets
• Proven track record of scaling ad spend while maintaining healthy ROAS and efficiency
• Strong analytical mindset with full-funnel visibility from awareness through conversion
