Digital Marketing & SaaS Growth Manager

Our client is an established software company with significant experience delivering cloud-based SaaS solutions, on-premise software, and professional services across international markets. They are expanding their digital marketing capabilities to drive volume growth in transactional products while supporting consultative sales for enterprise solutions.

They are currently looking to recruit a Digital Marketing & SaaS Growth Manager to be based in Madrid and lead the transformation of their customer acquisition and lifecycle management capabilities, reporting directly to the MD in Spain. English is essential for this role. Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.

You'll build and scale the digital marketing engine and customer success function from the ground up, driving measurable growth across the diverse product portfolio. This is a performance-driven role with clear metrics and accountability for business outcomes.
