Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sr. Digital Media Manager to plan, buy, execute, and report on digital media campaigns for Tools & Outdoor brands
- Analyze campaign results and recommend optimizations to improve investment efficiency
- Maintain brand experience across multiple merchandising platforms and digital initiatives
- Execute content and SEO initiatives to deliver optimal end-user experiences and organic search results
- Partner with sales, channel marketing, finance, and brand teams to develop programs aligned with sales goals
- Lead relationships with sales teams and media agencies, including negotiating packages and managing annual budgets
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pay-per-click (PPC) management for SEM campaigns
- Expertise in programmatic display and specific retail media platforms (e.g., Criteo, Promote IQ, Amazon)
