About Company

Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand building the infrastructure to scale. Their tech stack spans NetSuite, Shopify, Snowflake, Looker, AWS, Airflow, Notion, and Google Workspace and they need a leader to tie it all together into a cohesive, high-performing digital operations engine.

The Role

This is a foundational hire. You'll own our entire internal technology ecosystem (from ERP and e-commerce platforms to data pipelines and workplace tools) and shape a brand-new Digital Operations function from the ground up.

You'll split your time roughly 70/30 between strategic leadership and hands-on technical guidance. That means setting the transformation roadmap and getting cross-functional buy-in one moment, then evaluating an integration architecture or triaging an access issue the next.
