Digital Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a hands‑on GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to build and manage funnels, automations, and e‑commerce operations. This role connects marketing efforts to revenue by ensuring leads are captured, systems run smoothly, and the Shopify store performs well.

Key Responsibilities

GoHighLevel Funnels & Pipelines

• Build and optimise funnels, landing pages, and opt‑in pages in GoHighLevel
• Set up and manage pipelines to track leads and customer journeys
• Create and maintain GHL Marketplace listings (snapshots, templates, digital products)
• Test and improve funnel performance
• Troubleshoot funnel and tracking issues

Marketing Automation

• Build automated workflows (email, SMS, reminders, lead nurturing)
• Set up integrations with Shopify, payment gateways, Zapier, Make, and webhooks
