The Guest Experience Manager with DPI Global Support Operations manages the daily operations of the Global Support team for Imaging locations at the Walt Disney World Resort. They lead, coach and develop front line Cast, foster a spirit of Performance Excellence with a focus on building strong relationships with business partners in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for the coordination and delivery of daily support to PhotoPass Operations.
Accountable for Imaging show excellence.
Responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with multiple teams across lines of business.
Coach and mentor Cast while providing feedback and ensuring accountability.
Guest Experience Managers must understand creative intent, maintain the vision of the DPI line of business, share Disney heritage and maintain brand integrity.
