In this role, reporting to the Design Lead for Digital Wealth, you will bridge business strategies with user needs through design. Your expertise in user experience and visual craft will shape key features for our investment product suite. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will engage in all stages from research to prototyping, ensuring high-quality outcomes that empower users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead mobile design of digital wealth experiences from concept to execution
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide decisions
• Map customer journeys to identify opportunities and improvements
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers on product direction
• Contribute to a scalable design system to enhance efficiency
