About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric professional to lead digital initiatives in the personal investing space. This role will focus on developing compelling digital product propositions, designing seamless customer journeys, and driving adoption of our online channels through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities 1. Develop Digital Product Proposition Partner with Product teams to formulate digital product propositions that resonate with customers. Conduct small-scale experiments to test market acceptance and iterate continuously for optimal outcomes.
2. Design Customer Journey with Data in Mind Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct customer immersions, uncovering customer needs and defining digital experiences across touchpoints. Drive research and feedback loops to design efficient, customer-friendly UI/UX experiences. Analyse customer profiles, segments, and transactional behaviours; engage directly with customers to gain deeper insights.
