Job Overview

Position: Digital Product Owner, Personalization at Fidelity. Working on a flexible hybrid schedule. Primary location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto (until late 2026) with transition to 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Requires current work authorization for Canada. Key Responsibilities

Support delivery of FIC’s personalization and experimentation strategy and roadmap using Adobe Target or similar personalization technologies. Advance personalization, automation, and delivery of digital‑first experiences. Shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technologies and journeys that power customer‑centric marketing/offers. Continuously improve MarTech capabilities by deploying solutions that enhance the customer experience and grow business across all digital channels.
