Digital Project Lead (Berazategui) (Argentina)

We are looking for a Digital Project Lead to join the Monks team. You will be the Owner of our web ecosystem, responsible for turning our digital properties into a high-performance lead generation engine. This role requires a hybrid profile: you have the strategic mindset of a Marketer, the organizational rigor of a Project Manager, and the technical literacy to talk UI and Nuance with our developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Ecosystem Management: Lead the strategy and maintenance for s4capital.com, legacy sites, and microsites. You ensure every page aligns with our integral Monks brand.
• The Technical Bridge: You are the primary point of contact for developers. You’ll manage Jira sprints, prioritize tasks, and ensure technical debt doesn't compromise UI/UX.
• Lead Gen & Growth: Partner with Marketing Ops and Analytics to optimize the conversion path. Your success is measured by how well the website captures and flows leads into Hub Spot.
